XOXO!
Aidan now will give hugs and kisses on command! I love it. A lot of times he gives hugs without you even asking. He’ll squeeze his little arms around your neck and play with your hair. It’s great. There’s nothing more rewarding than being a mother/parent.
Aidan didn’t care too much for opening gifts on Christmas; [...]

When Aidan and I went to Chattanooga to go shopping this past week, I stopped in at Chik-Fil-A to get some chicken nuggets. They have the best and they cook them in peanut oil instead so they’re not as gross as other restaurants.
I tore of a small piece and let Aidan try it. He kind [...]

Over the past month I’ve incorporated meats into Aidan’s diet. My chart says to allow soft meats. Well, the only thing that Aidan semi-likes is bologna.
I know that turkey and chicken are chewy, but don’t really have any ideas as to what I can feed him otherwise. I know I could give him some kind [...]

Aidan absolutely can not stand wearing shoes. Whenever I put them on him, he’ll scrape his feet together in an attempt to kick them off.
Somehow he’s successful. As tight as I strap them on, he still manages to take them off. It’s so frustrating because his socks are getting nasty and staining. I have to [...]

Aidan is fast approaching his 1 year birthday!! I can’t believe how time flies!!!
I was wondering the other day when will he be considered a toddler? When I think of infants, I think of babies that need to be held all of the time. When I think of toddlers, I think of kids who are [...]

My son loves to organize…in his own way!
Since he has learned to crawl, he goes everywhere. And he loves to park it righ infront of the entertainment center. The 3 lowest shelves have doors so they are oh so fun to open back and forth. Not to mention they are the easiest to access. Inside [...]

This evening I decided to pop in some music videos for Aidan to watch and listen to. I want to raise him right as a true rock n’ roller!!
We watched Cinderella videos and GNR before he was wiped out!! He was even quite the rocker as he now has a bump on his noggin and [...]

I’ve been a slacker and have not been posting about my ooglie booglie.
Like always, he has made several accomplishments and honestly I don’t remember which ones I haven’t told you about. But, I’m going to say them and if I repeat myself, no apologies. If you’re a mom, you understand the decrease in memory after [...]

Aidan is doing quite well considering that he has not 3, but 4!!!!! teeth coming in on his top row. Last night I discovered the 4th one while changing him.
We’ve been alternating between Orajel and Tylenol to help relieve the pain, and they’ll overlap as well so he gets double relief.
He’s been back and forth [...]
