So my son LOVES Yo Gabba Gabba. This I have already mentioned. I really like it too because of the bright colors, the dancing and the repetitiveness of the show’s focus. It helps ingrain important stuff into my child’s head and I don’t mind.
On the other side, Aidan is also mesmerized by another show. This one is non-educational and olllld!!
We started putting in our Little Rascals DVDs for him and he loves it even more than YGG. I believe they were once Alex’s when she visited Mike. He can’t remember if he bought them for himself or for her. Anyways, so she used to be fixated on them and watch them everytime she came over. Now Aidan is taking her spot.
She’s passing those on to him. I love it because I can seriously get more stuff done now. All I have to do if I need online time to work is to just throw those in. And we have several of them!
Aside from cartoons, Aidan is really stepping up on his vocabulary. He is saying phrases and repeats a lot of what you will stress to him. It’s really exciting to see him learning so much. I walked into the babysitter’s house this morning to pick up my little punkin and I could hear him talking before she opened the door. When I knocked he said, “See!” And when I came in, he was saying, “Al-right!” or something. I was too tired to remember.
It’s a nice feeling to watch your child grown into a little person. 🙂
There's No Place Like Mommy! 
Hehehe, Yeah I love that too. My Little Monster walked into the kitchen yesterday, looked at me and Chris and said “Hey, what are you guys doing?” I about fell out laughing.

i think he bought them for Alex…course that conversation was 6 years ago!
I think he did because he didn’t have anything else to entertain her at the time, aside from her bathtub Polly Pockets. 🙂
